City of Heroes is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game which has been developed by Cryptic Studios and published by NCsoft. In this exciting game, players will have to create super-powered player characters. They will have to team up with others with the aim of accomplishing several missions as well as fighting the criminals of various gangs found on the streets of the fictional Paragon City, whereas others are seen in specific instances or areas.
To begin with players need to go through the extensive character creation system of this game. They will have to select an archetype at first, and then set the primary and secondary power, after that they will have to design a unique costume. Players are allowed to write a back-story or description at the final screen of character customization as well as choose a unique name for the character.
Players can start with their characters in an isolated tutorial zone, or can begin in an open low level zone. To increase the level of the character player will have to earn more experience points by defeating enemies, accomplishing missions, and exploring different zones. If the level gets higher the player will be able to achieve more health, choose new powers as well as more slots to deal out enhancements to powers, and bigger inventories.
Moreover, as the characters advances to the higher level, the player will get access to new costume features, along with the facility to alter between five different costumes as well as un-lockable costume parts like capes and auras.
