Mu Online is a free to play MMORPG which was released in 2003. In spite of being one of the oldest MMORPG it surprisingly holds a large and loyal player base. The graphics and interface of the game looks very much old like Diablo and Baldur's Gate. The game encompasses a total of five classes, but two of them are required to unlocked, hence the game's three starting classes are: Dark Wizard, Dark Knight and Elf.
In Mu Online Dark Wizards are the primary offensive spell casting class. They can deal with massive amounts of damage to both single and area of effect targets. The disadvantage to their powerful offensive skills is that they have a tendency to cover low hit points and weak defensive capacity. But Dark Knights are the primary 'warrior' archetype in this game. They contain ample of hit points and strong defensive aptitude, although their offensive capabilities are rather weak at the early levels of the game.
Elves in Mu Online happen to be a hybrid of the cleric and archer archetypes. They are able to cast supportive magic while being competent to deal a reasonable amount of damage using their bows from a distance.
After installing and logging into Mu Online the gaming interface becomes visible. The interface looks very much jagged and it doesn't look impressive at all. Though few spell and skill animations are quite nice, but the general settings and character models aren't pleasing to look at. Another disappointing part of the game is it has absolutely no character customization. Even it doesn't allow players to pick a gender.
